RETURN CONDITIONS

• Returns must be made within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging, with tags and accessories included.

• A packing slip or proof of purchase is required.

• Customers are responsible for return postage costs

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

To return your order, please:

• Place the item(s) in their original packaging.
• Include your name and order number inside the parcel.
• Contact us before shipping your return.
• Use a tracked postal service, and retain proof of postage — this may be required.

We aim to process returns within 2–3 business daysof receiving the item. You will receive an automated confirmation if your refund is accepted. If not, we will contact you directly. 

Kindly note: We’re unable to refund original postage costs unless the item arrives damaged, faulty, or an error was made on our part.
